Scan a player and their friends

RoAudit scans that player and their friends — each friend is run through the same check as above (avatar, groups, profile…), so anyone over the limits is sent to Pending approval. Friends are scanned in parts of 50: it does the first part, then a “Scan next 50” button appears for the rest. Private friend lists can't be read.
